Hi there,

One feature I think would be really useful is to have a "Replace in Files" function.  Similar to the search in files.

I have used this in other editors and it works really well.  Expand the "search in files" basically, so optionally it can  be "search and replace".

Then allow a string to be replaced across any file with a certain extension (or string in the file name perhaps) found in a folder and subfolders.

I understand you could make a new project and then open up various files, but this way would be much quicker and if you aren't sure which files you need etc or but just want to make sure the string is gone it is really useful.

ps sorry if it's not the correct sub forum

One easy way to do this is UNIX command line tools. You could add it to one of the user tools and use that. I guess by the same token, we could add it to the program. Bundle the tool and call it with CE...
