Will CE ever have real unicode support? I have some documents in japanese I'd like to edit using CE (as well as some other stuff using a few special characters) but that's not possible right now. Also, copy/pasting between a unicode program and CE is not always working (latest version of Dreamweaver being my example here).

unfortunately i dont understand how to implement something like that so the likely hood is not in the next release.. however i wouldnt rule it out completely..

If some knows how to do this they could submit a patch and I would be willing to commit it.

hello.
when I set the Arabic Encoding for the fonts, I can in CE write in arabic, but the letters are not connected correctly.

Is this also due to improper unicode handling ?
